We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you can request a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.
How to request a return
Email us at tuneopti@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address can't be processed.
Conditions
- The request must be made within 90 days of delivery.
- Please include any unused visors in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can't take back visors that have already been applied.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll notify you by email and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Just email us as soon as possible with your order number.
